Mission Statement
The mission of the Colusa County Drug and Alcohol Division of Behavioral Health is to provide eligible persons with access to a high quality, effective, cost efficient system of alcohol and drug counseling which is community based, culturally competent, and consumer guided.

Our goal is to help people improve their lives by providing quality recovery and educational services so that people will come to understand chemical dependency and other issues in related areas.  It is our belief that information and support for both individuals and families can help people to make life long choices that will improve the quality of their lives.  It is to this end that we all work.
